ICPJ Internship Positions

Want to gain skills and experience in community organizing while making a difference for social justice? Apply now to be an Interfaith Council for Peace and Justice intern. Interfaith Council for Peace and Justice (ICPJ) is a grassroots non-profit that endeavors to bring people together across their differences to work for peace and social change.

ICPJ interns work on front-line programs such as training people to intervene when they witness harassment and discrimination, promoting improved police training and use of force policies, expanding local protections for immigrants, and combating Islamophobia. Interns can gain valuable nonprofit job skills by assisting in fundraising, marketing, and outreach.

Interns commit 6-24 hours per week, including occasional night and weekend commitments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social justice, commitment to diversity and inclusion, excellent communication and listening skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher), WordPress, and social media (Facebook and Twitter).
